HOOD said Good day, guys.

Good day, guys.


Over the past 24 hours, I’ve gone through the Top 20 HOOD Clubs to see how the community is doing checking the clubs, activity, group chats, and simply seeing how things are moving from the inside.

I saw some very active clubs.


Some were quiet.


Some didn’t have a group chat at all.


And in some, nobody even knew I was there. 


But to everyone who noticed me, welcomed me, and took a moment to have a little chat with me thank you. It was good to see the community from your side, not just through numbers on a dashboard.


And honestly, there’s something I want to make clear.


We hear you. We see you.

We’ve seen the concerns around registration, especially the fee.


But there’s only so much we can change, but we’ve listened and made an adjustment.


The registration fee will be kept at 0.55 GRAM.


There is a reason we’re using an on-chain registration rather than relying only on an off-chain verification system. We need every registered wallet to create a real on-chain record, which adds another layer against automated farming and makes eligibility much harder to manipulate. It doesn’t make abuse impossible, but it gives us a much stronger verification layer.


We also wanted to keep the cost as low as reasonably possible.


HS Earning ends September 24 at 12:00 UTC.

12 hours after farming ends, registration will open.


The countdown you currently see is showing the remaining HS Earning and registration period.


Registration will remain open for the next 5 days as HS earning ends, after which it will close and the next stage begins.


We’re trying to be as transparent as possible throughout this process.

The Vice Chancellor of Sa'adu Zungur University, Professor Fatimah Tahir, has expressed deep sympathy to the families of Dr. Hamma Mohammed, Faculty of Education, Malam Bello Adamu Yakubu of Physiology Department and Malam Mukhtar Mansur, Faculty of Arts, whose residence in the Senior Staff Quarters at Main Campus Gadau, was ravaged by fire Yesterday Saturday 26th April, 2025. The fire incident, which occurred around 2:00pm, resulted in the loss of personal belongings and properties, but fortunately, no lives were lost and no physical injuries were sustained.
